End of tenancy check list (a completed copy will left in the property):
Entrance Hallway & stairs
- Clean doors and frames including the front door
- Clean radiators/heaters
- Dust and clean skirting boards, wipe light fittings and smoke alarms
- Sweep & mop / vacuum the carpet
- Clean inside all cupboards and ensure door tops and smoke alarms are clear ofdust
- Ensure all light switches and sockets are clean and free from dust
- Clean any mirrors, Dust all shelves and Pictures
- Empty and clean bins
Reception Rooms
- Wipe down all doors and frames and Clean the skirting boards
- Clean all inside windows & frames
- Vacuum all soft furniture including curtains and cushions, wipe blinds
- Ensure all light switches and sockets are clean and free from dust
- Dust and polish all furniture
- Clean radiators/heaters
- Sweep & mop / vacuum the carpet
- Clean any mirrors, Dust all shelves and Pictures, empty and clean bins
Kitchen
- Clean and sanitise all worktops, sink and de-scale where necessary
- Clean inside all cupboards, draws and cabinets, empty and clean bins
- Thoroughly clean and defrost the fridge/freezer
- Clean washing machine draw and rubber & clean front of machine & Dishwasher
- Ensure all light switches and sockets are clean and free from dust
- Clean & degrease the hob/oven & clean and degrease extractor fans
- Wipe down all doors and frames and Clean the skirting boards
- Clean all inside windows and frames Sweep and mop the floor
Bathroom/shower rooms
- De-scale the bath, shower, basins and fittings including the shower head & taps
- Clean and disinfect the toilet
- Clean radiators
- Clean all mirrors & inside windows and clean all cupboards
- Wipe down all doors and frames including the skirting boards
- Empty bins, Mop the floor
Bedrooms
- Wipe down all doors and frames and Clean the skirting boards
- Ensure all light switches and sockets are clean and free from dust
- Vacuum under all moveable furniture including beds, Empty bins
- Clean and dust the interior and exterior of all draws & cupboards
- Clean inside windows & frames
- Vacuum curtains and carpets
